Amy with A Room With A View was truly a pleasure to work with. I called Amy (after a recommendation from a friend) shortly after our engagement in July telling her that I wanted a destination wedding in January, but had no idea where I wanted to go. Amy got back to me that day with information on many resorts and destinations. Decisions were made and soon Amy had travel plans and paperwork ready for guests. Amy worked very hard within the next couple weeks to get the 60 some guest's paperwork figured out before deadlines, and was always keeping me updated with guest information. Working with Amy was great, she took care of every detail (as well as the ones she didn't have to) and answered every question my guest and I had with enthusiasm. My guests and I have nothing but the best of things to say about her. The trip went great and was beautiful. My utmost of thanks goes to Amy, without her I never could have had my wedding on such short notice and had all my guests come along. I recommend Amy to anyone with travel opportunities, words are not enough to show how grateful I am for all of her help. Thanks again Amy for everything!

Hi Amy,
Just wanted to send a big thank you for planning a perfect trip for our 25 year wedding anniversary to El Dorado Royale! It was amazing and just what the doctor ordered. We've used other travel agents in the past but never again. The big difference with you is that you actually took the time to get to know us. You listened. We truly felt that our satisfaction and enjoyment was your top priority and our experience certainly was proof of that.
For your other readers,here are some of the reasons I recommend Amy;
She asks the right questions and gets to know you resulting in personalized service and a vacation tailored to your interests.
She knows the resorts and excursions having experienced all of them herself. She would never recommend one that didn't meet her standards.
She is always looking for ways to save you money, be it flights, excursions or room upgrades. (By the way Amy, thanks for the upgrade to the Casitas, the outdoor shower was prety unique.)
And finally, the time and stress she saved us was worth hunderds of dollars.

Amy booked our 7 day Carribean cruise for us. She far exceeded our expectations. Her recomenations for island excursions were right on. All her tips were very helpful, from taking paper to write notes to the steward to best beaches . We can't wait to book our next vacation with Amy!

All we have to say was that is was worth every penny. It was wonderful! From the drawings in the sand just for us, to the excellent meals, the service which was never overbearing, but always there when you needed it, etc. They were actually like mind readers, those housemen! They even did our laundry so we would not have to do a lot of it when we came home. Anything you wanted, you could just consider it done. We both even held a shark! Our snorkel guide was really cool, and very knowlegeable. I really can't say enough about that place.
Thank you for everything Amy! You are the best. It was a pleasure working with you, and I will contact you for our next trip. Best wishes and hopefully talk to you sooner than later! :)

Hi Amy-
We had an amazing honeymoon thanks to you and all your help. El Dorado Royale was the perfect choice and if we were to go back to Mexico, it's where we would stay again.
The best part was all the time and stress you saved me. It was very frustrating and confusing trying to compare costs, amenities, etc. on resorts in Mexico and you knew exactly what would be a good fit for us. Everything about the resort made us feel like we were royalty. The food was incredible, the staff was genuinely interested in making sure everything was excellent, the pool was close to our room and always the perfect temperature- we had the time of our lives. everything went off without a hitch. We didn't have any problems with our flights, hotel, customs or our shuttle- everything you booked for us worked out perfectly. It was so nice to sit back and relax and know that everything had been taken care of by you.
Thanks again for all your help and I will be recommending you and using you for future trips!

The full-service that Amy provided us for our cruise and excursions allowed us to go on a worry free vacation. All we had to was show up and enjoy the trip. She listened to what we wanted to experience on our vacation and we had a fantastic time - our best vacation ever - everything was perfect. The follow-through, ideas, travel tips, etc. are why we will certainly book our vacations with A Room With a View. I have recommended ARWAV to my friends and they have all been extremely pleased.

We have used A Room With a View travel agency on several occasions and have been delighted with the excellent service and follow-up. No detail is left out and the recommendations by Amy are great ! Recently she booked a cruise for us with excursions in every port ~ the trip was great, everything went smoothly and our family had a great time !
Where do I even start? How about the amazing and unforgettable destination you helped us plan to Puerto Vallarta! I have to tell you that in all the time that has passed since the trip, we STILL have guests coming up to us at holidays and family functions to tell us about how much fun they had! For me, it was a trip of a lifetime.. I got to bring home a husband and a ton of beautiful memories that will last forever. Just wanted to let you know we had a great time on this cruise. The plane rides were smooth for the most part, the seas were quite calm and the weather was just beautiful. What more can a person ask for on a vacation?

Dear Amy,
Yes, My daughter and I had a fantastic time. The room was great (mid ship was nice) and we loved everything about the Spirit. We ate dinner with 2 other 16 year olds and their grandmothers so Liz got to meet other teens her age. We enjoyed the entertainment and the food was luscious! The weather cooperated almost the whole week. We did a float plane trip in Juneau and the White Pass train ride in Skagway. We took loads of pics and we certainly appreciated the coupon for the Carnival picture. That was so very kind of you. Again, Amy, THANKS for helping make our Alaskan trip a memorable vacation!!!!!! I finally have a moment to catch up with you. The cruise was lots of fun! The only problem was we did not come home very rested. We had too many late nights. All of our shore excursions were perfect. Our drivers were all wonderful. Thanks for making our trip so fun and stress free.
